McColl Health & Wellness Center provides excellent, patient-centered care. CareSouth Carolina is home to excellent, patient-centered primary health care. It’s how we started, and it’s how we will continue to measure our success. We are, in essence, working together with patients, families and partners to improve the health of individual persons as well as the communities we call home. Together, we have developed an integrated, comprehensive set of services that are built around the way people are actually living their lives in our communities.
The McColl Health & Wellness Center is home to 4 providers who offer world-class family medicine and behavioral health care. There is also a CSC Community Pharmacy on-site for your convenience.
